Great food 😋 fantastic staff and friendly owners 🤟

Food itself is lovely but not going to lie the service is pretty shocking. I'm all for giving kids jobs-I worked in a chippy from age 14-17 but there's no haste or communication between staff. Ordered at 17.10-ready for collection at 17.30-Food wasn't ready until 17.53 and it wasn't particularly busy. You need to be shouting out to the fryer when orders come in so they can put the food on. Heard them say after id been waiting a long time that they had forgotten a haggis and then 5 mins later, forgotten nuggets-which were both in my order, delaying it further. Then we were waiting on chips!! There should be a constant flow of chips for orders, its a chippy! I think only 3 meals went out in the whole time I was waiting there. I'm only saying this as I've worked in a fast paced chippy and would love these kids to succeed. They need guidance and management, never heard the woman frying say a word except go back and forth to the back.

Service is always excellent but I knew it would be busy which is why I ordered online. However it wasn't any quicker- i still ended up waiting 15 mins after my allocated time.

Alot of hard chips. My granny can't eat them because of her teeth. So a large chip often turns into a medium sized portion. The service charge is a bit steep.

Always get great service and great quality food at a reasonable price.
